Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- A: We accept online payments through credit or debit cards. A 10% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due at least 7 days before the activity starts.
- A: Changes or cancellations can be made as follows:
- More than 30 days before the event: 10% of the total amount is retained.
- Between 30 and 14 days: 25% of the total amount is retained.
- Between 14 and 5 days: 50% is retained.
- Less than 5 days before the event: 100% of the costs are charged.
- A: Changes to the number of participants can be made up to 10 days before the event, with a maximum difference of 20% from the original booking.
- A: When events are held at external locations, additional setup fees are incurred to cover the logistics of transporting materials and animators to the site, setting up and dismantling the activities, and the extra time these processes take compared to hosting them at our Ardennes Events location. These fees ensure that we can maintain the same high quality and seamless experience, regardless of the event location.
