Q: How do I make a booking?

• A: Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email.

Payment and Booking

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

• A: We accept online payments through credit or debit cards. A 10% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due at least 7 days before the activity starts.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?

• A: Changes or cancellations can be made as follows:
  • More than 30 days before the event: 10% of the total amount is retained.
  • Between 30 and 14 days: 25% of the total amount is retained.
  • Between 14 and 5 days: 50% is retained.
  • Less than 5 days before the event: 100% of the costs are charged.

Q: What if one of my group members can't come anymore?

• A:  Changes to the number of participants can be made up to 10 days before the event, with a maximum difference of 20% from the original booking.

Q: Why are there additional setup fees for events held at locations other than Ardennes Events?

• A: When events are held at external locations, additional setup fees are incurred to cover the logistics of transporting materials and animators to the site, setting up and dismantling the activities, and the extra time these processes take compared to hosting them at our Ardennes Events location. These fees ensure that we can maintain the same high quality and seamless experience, regardless of the event location.

Q: Do I need to consider the cost of renting a location if the event is not held at Ardennes Events?

• A: Yes, when choosing an external location for your event, you will need to factor in the rental cost of a venue that is suitable for the activities you wish to conduct. It’s important to select a venue that can accommodate the specific requirements of the activities to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all participants.

On the Day of the Activity

Q: What should I wear?

• A: Comfortable outdoor attire and closed-toe shoes are recommended. A rain jacket may be useful depending on the weather.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?

• A: Outside food and drinks are not permitted. We offer catering options and have a bar on-site.

Q: What happens in case of bad weather?

• A: Activities usually proceed in light to heavy rain. In case of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule.
