While Ardennes Events offers a variety of engaging activities that can ideally be hosted at the iconic Spa-Francorchamps Race Track, we wish to inform our clients that the availability of the race track for our events is subject to certain conditions and restrictions.

1. Event Schedule at Spa-Francorchamps: Please be aware that during major racing events, such as Formula 1 races, access to the track is typically restricted. This means that some of our activities may not be feasible at the race track during these high-profile events.
   
2. Access Fees: For events coinciding with smaller races or track activities, access to the race track might be possible. However, this could incur additional costs, such as the requirement to purchase entry tickets or pay a supplementary fee for access to certain areas of the track.
   
3. Race Organisers' Approval: The feasibility of hosting our events at Spa-Francorchamps on any given day is also contingent upon the approval of the race track's organisers. We coordinate closely with them to determine the suitability and availability of the track for our activities.
